Refund Policy

Order Fee is Non-Refundable

The $250 Order Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the buyer, change of mind, or delivery delays beyond our control.

What's refundable

Full vehicle payment (before delivery)

If you cancel before delivery and after paying the balance, the vehicle price is fully refundable. The $250 order fee is retained.

7-day money-back guarantee

If the vehicle materially differs from its listing within 7 days of delivery, we'll refund the full purchase price minus the order fee and shipping.

Deposit on undelivered vehicles

If we cannot deliver your reserved vehicle within the promised window, you may cancel for a full refund including the order fee.

What's NOT refundable

Order Fee ($250)

Non-refundable in all cases. This is standard in the industry and matches Tesla's own policy.

Shipping costs after dispatch

Once a vehicle has been dispatched for delivery, shipping costs are non-refundable.

After 7 days from delivery

Once the 7-day window passes, all sales are final.

How to request a refund

  1. Email refunds@teslavault.com within the eligible window
  2. Include your Order Number and reason for refund
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
